Use of Service

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials. You agree not to misuse the service or violate applicable law.

Data and Integrations

Bright Vault may process information from third-party integrations that you authorize. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

Billing

Paid plans, when enabled, are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Pricing and terms may change with notice.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Vault is provided "as is" without warranties, and Relay Capital, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
